Service Call Fee (Trip Charge): $25
Hourly: $100 per hour, half hour minimum

Cancellation fee (with less than 24 hours notice): $25

Policies and Procedures
We schedule all appointments in 2 hour arrival windows. The technician can arrive at any time during your 2 hour window. We will call you at the number you provided at booking before heading to your appointment. Voice confirmation is required before a technician arrives at the job site. If our call is not returned within 15 minutes, the technician will move on to the next job and you may lose your appointment slot for the day.
